And as I age it helps with those fine lines and wrinkles.
As our bodies change through the years things become flabby or loose and different features change too. I have noticed some blemishes and of course wrinkles are starting to appear, but since i started taking this collagen, (its been about 3 months now). I am starting to notice that my skin is not so loose or relaxed, so therefore the wrinkles are becoming less, and those blemishes are disappearing too.
